1. 2002-2003 Annual Operating budget •
Suffoletta presented the CFMU operating budget. He advised that the CFMU Board of Directors did not meet to approve the budget. Normally the Board of Directors would recommend the budget but there were problems with getting the Board together.
Moved by Suffoletta, seconded by Nault that the Full Members approve the CFMU 2002-2003 Operating Budget. In Favour 25, Opposed 0, Abstained 1 Abstained: Somers 2. 2002-2003 Annual Capital Budget •
Suffoletta said the only item that was deleted was a digital camera. There will be a digital camera purchased for the Main Office that anyone can sign out.
Moved by Suffoletta, seconded by Joseph that the Full Members approve the 2002-2003 Annual Capital Budget. In Favour 23, Opposed 0, Abstained 3 Abstained: Younes, Somers, Lui Motion Carried 4. Other Business - none 5. Adjournment Moved by Yow, seconded by Copland that the meeting adjourn. Carried Unanimously
