3. Price : 10 € per participant (to be paid at the competition) 4. Judges All Clubs who enrol at least 3 participants for the same day, will put a qualified judge at the disposition of the Technical Directory. If this is not possible, the club must inform the organiser no later than 15 February 2009, and pay a fine of 50 € on the day of the competition. The organiser reserves the right to refuse participation of fencers whose club does not respect these rules!!! 5. Restauration A buffet (variety of cold meats, cheese, soup,... – drinks not included) will be available at the lunch break at the price of 9 EUR. Reservation obligatory via form B. Picnics are not allowed but there are several possibilities of restauration (sandwiches …….) 6. Accommodation www.accorhotels.com : Pullman, Novotel, Mercure, IBIS, Etap & Formule 1 Brussels Airport www.campanile.fr : Zaventem Airport 7. Materiel: a stand Fencing Pro Shop will be present for sale and repair of materiel. 8. Animals: domestic animals are not allowed on NATO premises.
