Our Manufacturing Philosophy Our parent company, Rochdale Spears Group, is grounded in exceptional manufacturing capabilities; known for its innovative business practices concentrated on exceptional materials, finishes, design, and sustainability. Today, these strengths continue to ensure that every design is brought to life with exquisite craftsmanship, infused with rich narratives, and upholds a commitment to quality, innovation and design.
At our new world-class manufacturing facility in Vietnam, we collaborate with designers on each step of the process; from visual research, experimentation with materials, design and sustainability, to operational support, quality assurance and product development expertise. Spanning over 800,000 square feet, the state-of-the-art enterprise allows for all manufacturing processes under one roof, facilitating more seamless operations, increasing our efficiency and output exponentially, and allowing us to meet the demands of the high-end furniture market.

At our facilities in Vietnam and North Carolina, our upholstery designs are produced in-house by our team of artisans, and imbued with exquisite craftsmanship, combining state-of-the-art technology with tried and tested techniques: from engineered, plywood frames and hardwood corner blocks, to ergonomic support and the 8-way hand tied springs, long considered the gold standard in upholstery construction.
Available Any Time You Spoke. We Listened. Available Any Time (AAT) by Resource Decor is a direct response to our customers’ needs for products that are in stock. Developed with the retailer in mind, AAT comprises a range of 500 bestselling SKUs across each of our Designer Brands, which will always be in stock within one of our four distribution centers globally. Assured availability of such a diverse assortment of designs, brands and categories will not only support retailers in streamlining the merchandising process, but also in confidently communicating consumer stock updates, and facilitating sell-through.
