2. Player and Parent Acknowledgements and Requirements
Players and Parents have read and fully agree to abide by the team’s Code of Conduct and other documents posted on the team website. All agree to accept the Program’s enforcement of any action related to these.
Chaparral Lacrosse survives and thrives based on parent volunteer participation. All parents are required to either volunteer for an area of need or may opt out by paying an Opt Out Fee of $125 which is collected in January.
Chaparral Lacrosse Player Fees cover only a portion of the team’s annual expenses, many of which are committed to several months prior to the season including but not limited to Coaches Salaries and Field Usage. As such Chaparral Lacrosse must maintain a strict NO REFUND POLICY for any reason.
Players and Parents agree to insure player stays compliant with US Lacrosse membership requirements through May 2017. Players with expired US Lacrosse membership at any time during the Fall or Spring will not be allowed to participate in any team event including practices and games. KEEP YOUR US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP CURRENT.
Players are individually responsible for the cost of their own US Lacrosse membership as well as any player fee required by the Arizona Lacrosse League (This fee was $35 for HS players in 2016).
Chaparral Lacrosse communicates primarily through the website www.chaparrallacrosse.org as well as email and text messages. It is the player and parent responsibility to insure their contact information is current on their website personal information registration. (This information is NEVER released to anyone outside of Chaparral Lacrosse.)
Players are required to purchase Red, White, or Black gloves and Varsity Players must wear the following helmet color scheme: Shell Color: RED Chin Color: WHITE Chin Strap: RED, WHITE, or BLACK
