It is busy, busy, busy! Benchmarking to ensure instruction is meeting your child's needs, try-outs for Academic Rodeo, Interest surveys, and regular instruction are all taking place this week! It is so much fun to watch the students and teachers when they all get back into full swing--so much learning taking place! Thank you to all grandparents and families who came out last week to Grandparent's Breakfast--it was so nice to see everyone!

Fall GT Nomination Period September19th- 23rd Packets available in the Elementary Office
October 19th, CIS and our school will be celebrating National UNITY DAY. That’s the day everyone can come together and send one large ORANGE message of support, hope, and UNITY to show that we are united against bullying and united for kindness, acceptance and inclusion. All students and staff will be asked to wear orange that day. Many of you purchased a shirt last year, but if you missed out or you want a new design, CIS has a special orange bullying shirt available for sale again this year. The deadline to order is September 23.
