SOuth and bisecting Square 29, Village of FoIsom, be and the same is hereby revoked and said a11ey is declared permanently cIosed, abandoned and no Ionger needed for public purposes. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that this ordinance sha11 take e批∋Ct On and after
