We hope you will enjoy these sessions throughout the year. Please read through the following so that you are aware how this program works. How it Works Come in on the Third Saturday every other month for 5 months, Starting February 18, 2017. The program will start PROMTLY at 11:00 am. You MUST BE PRESENT and SIT through the whole demo part of the session to get your monthly printed handouts and embroidery designs downloaded onto your USB drive. During the program we will demonstrate the next months block(s) and show you helpful tools and techniques. The registration fee to get you started is $299.99 ($244.99 if you purchased your Brother or PFAFF from Country Traditions), plus tax. At the first session you will receive a Notebook for your handouts, general yardage and supply list, and a USB flash drive with the first months collection of embroidery designs loaded. At each monthly session, you should plan to bring your notebook, finished blocks and USB Flash Drive with you to the following sessions. “ EmbroidaBlock Charmed Adventure” RULES: *Your must ATTEND the whole Monthly Demonstration Meeting in Person and bring your USB Flash Drive with you to receive the next months Embroidery Designs Free. NO EXCEPTIONS! Receive a 20% discount on your EmbroidaBlock Charmed Adventure project supplies on demonstration day(s). *Demonstrations will be held from 11:00 am –12:00 pm, on the Third Saturday of ever y other month. If a monthly Demonstr ation is postponed due to weather, or a scheduling conflict within the store, it will be held on the following Saturday. Door prizes, What's New at the shop, & Surprises will also be part of the fun. *USB Flash Drives will be downloaded all at one time, during the monthly presentations. If you can’t come to a scheduled Saturday or miss a session, you can pick up that months handouts and Purchase a new USB Stick with the next months designs collection already downloaded on it for $14.99, any time after the missed Saturday presentation. *Monthly USB Flash Drives that have not been picked up will be held for one month only. Additional designs will not be downloaded. If you miss a monthly session & can’t get in to pick up the USB Flash Drive please call and let us know. *You must be an active paid participant of the program to attend “EmbroidaBlock Charmed Adventure” Saturday Demonstrations. *The monthly downloads and handouts will provide you with the instructions and embroidery designs to complete all the blocks for the quilt center. The optional pieced Border is sold separately and not included in the events registration fee. You will need to provide the Fabric, thread and additional supplies to complete the project. General yardage and supply lists will be given out at the first months gathering. *Individuals that attend all 5 of the “EmbroidaBlock Charmed Adventure” demonstrations will receive the Optional Border CD complimentary (a $60.00 value) I__________________________________________________________ have read the above stated “EmbroidaBlock Charmed Adventure” Saturday Sampler Rules and guidelines as outlined.
