About the Presenter: Carl is a Dairy Processing Specialist with the Harvest New York team with Cornell Cooperative Extension. Carl grew up in Southern Minnesota and his grandfather was a dairy farmer. Carl is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science. Following graduation, he worked at the Friendship Dairy in Friendship, NY, and most recently held a position as a Quality Assurance Manager for 13 years with Lactalis American Group, Inc.
