We believe the key to the development of players is making sure that all activities are fun as well as challenging and will focus on the following four pillars of the game. Technical component - How you perform a certain skill such as: dribbling, passing, receiving, heading, shooting. Tactical component - The decision making element of the game. The when, where, why and what of the game. Physical component - The fitness part of the game including: Endurance, speed, agility, quickness flexibility, strength, power, etc. Psychological component - Refers to the intangible part of the game such as: mental toughness, emotions, stress, attitude towards self and others, etc.
