Child Dedication
Child Dedication Child Dedication is an important part of the Children’s Ministry at Fairfield Christian Church. By dedicating your child you are taking a vow before God and your church family that you will train your child up in a Christian home environment that is dedicated to seeking, worshipping and serving the Lord (Proverbs 22:6). We feel so strongly about raising our children up with Godly principles that we want to equip you in any way we can. *This form must be completed by Sunday, May 6 in order for us to schedule a mandatory family meeting that needs to take place prior to Dedication Sunday. You will be contacted by the KQ office after we receive this completed form. Registration Forms received after the registration deadline will be held until the next scheduled Dedication.
