Chimichurri Sauce MAKES APPROXIMATELY 1 1/2 CUPS

1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 1/2 Tbsp red wine vinegar 4 garlic cloves, minced 2 jalapeno peppers, seeds removed, diced (see tips below) 1 tsp red pepper flakes 1 tsp cracked black pepper 1 tsp sea salt 3/4 cup fresh oregano, chopped 3/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped 1. Add all ingredients to a medium-sized bowl and mix together. 2. Let sit for approximately 30 minutes before using or place in a sealed container inside the refrigerator overnight to allow the flavors to emulsify. Spoon this sauce onto grilled beef, pork and vegetables.  Use it with everything!  Consider using 1 green jalapeno and 1 red jalapeno to create splendid color.  For a little more kick, add in a few jalapeno seeds.
