To: Wolfgang Struck Cc: Russian and Chinese Executive Directors on the World Bank's Board Dear Wolfgang, Thank you for forwarding the letter from China's ambassador to US Secretary of State John Kerry so that we are all aware of secret dealings by the Network of Global Corporate Control. The government of China is not able to designate the authorized signatory on the Global Debt Facility, and they know that. That is why they have said "There's no legal imposition in establishing this military infrastructure as we've accomplished it in our own expenditures." The one who designates which of the persons that Ferdinand Marcos assigned his power of attorney to is the Board of Governors of the World Bank and IMF. Not the Committee of 300 either. I made this point crystal clear to the Alternate Executive Director of Russia on the Board of Executive Directors after Svein Aass reinstated me in 2009. You do not seem to realize that the American public is fully aware that their legitimate government rests with them under their original Constitution, not the second secret constitution that the Network of Global Corporate Control put into place in 1871 in the District of Columbia.
