Chocolate “Cookie Dough” You will need 1 cup of rolled oats 1 1/2 cups of gooey Medjool dates 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder

Steps 1. In a high-speed blender or food processor, blend the oats and cocoa powder into a fine consistency, slightly coarser than flour 2. Add in the dates and blend until doughy and fully combined *Note: You can roll these into balls, put it on top of banana ice cream, eat it with a spoon, roll it in coconut flakes, add a bit of cinnamon instead of cocoa powder, etc. Mess around with it!!! These are guidelines more than they are recipes.





Chocolate Sauce Mix cocoa powder and maple syrup in a 1:1 ratio. Add more syrup if you want it runnier. Goes great on: o banana ice cream o pancakes o bananas o banana pancakes o other treats If you make it thick enough, this can also act as a frosting for cupcakes, cakes, or brownies!

Hummus You will need 1 Can of chickpeas Juice of 1 lemon 1 Tbsp. tahini 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Steps 1. Add ingredients to a high-speed blender or food processor with a splash of water 2. Blend until smooth, add water as needed

Avocado Pesto Gnocchi You will need 1 avocado Store-bought Gnocchi 1 handful fresh basil Garlic Powder Salt and pepper

Steps 1. Cook Gnocchi according to package instructions 2. Chop up basil into fine pieces 3. Mash avocado into basil pieces and add spices, mix until combined 4. Add in Gnocchi and mix
