These party menus are available for tables of 6 or more people. Please choose one of the Christmas menus above: either Menu 1 or Menu 2. Please note that our Christmas Menu 1 comes with two starter sharing platters: a vegetarian platter and one of the other two starter platters – either fish or meat platter. Please note that we need to know the selected second platter at least 48 hours prior to your lunch/dinner party.

Due to the nature of our computer system we are unable to run a cash bar. Lunch time functions are reminded that they need to vacate the reserved area by 5pm in order for us to prepare for our equally important evening trade. We will do our utmost to accommodate your party in another area for further festivities; however, we are not able to guarantee that we will have space available. There is always a vegetarian option available on the day. Please note that we will need the exact number of vegetarians and any other dietary requirements at least 48 hours prior to your function. A 12.5% service charge will be added onto the final bill. A reservation form is attached to this document. Please complete and return it by email (or post) within 48 hours of making your booking. All bills are payable on the date of the function. We do not invoice after the function unless specifically arranged and confirmed in writing. DEPOSITS: Deposits are payable for all functions. A deposit of £20pp is taken and is payable by credit card or cheque. This becomes non-refundable 48 hours prior to your booking date.

Terms and Conditions

1. Confirmation of bookings In order to confirm your booking, please complete the attached form and returned to us by email or post within 48 hours of a making the initial booking. To ensure our maximum efficiency, please confirm the final number of guests and your menu selection 48 hours before your reservation. Please note that this will be regarded as the minimum number of guests for the catering and charging. 2. Payment We accept all major credit cards and company cheques can be accepted by prior agreement. Please note that we do not invoice our customers for later payment. In the event of an account not settled on the day, the balance shall be charged to the credit card details supplied on the booking form. 3. Gratuity and VAT A 12.5% gratuity will be added to the bill. All food and beverage charges are inclusive of 20% VAT. Your bill from our till shows the VAT proportion of the total amount and also features our VAT number. 4. Cancellation In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, we will charge a cancellation fee of £20 per person. If numbers drop after confirmation, the confirmed number of guests will be charged at the menu price per head for each missing guest. 5. Dietary Requirements Some dishes may contain nuts, please inform us in advance if you or any member of your party has an allergy. Any guests with dietary requirements, or who are vegetarian, shall be catered for separately on the evening. We will require the exact number of vegetarians and any other dietary requirements at least 48 hours prior to your event. 6. Minimum Spend There is no venue charge for booking private areas. There is however, a minimum spend requirement excluding a 12.5% service charge and this requirement differs for each area. In the event of this minimum spend not being reached, the difference will be added onto the bill to reach the minimum spend.
