MESSAGE FROM THE ATHLETICS DEPARTMENT Since joining Caverna High School as the Associate Athletic Director, I have had the pleasure of observing the dedication and commitment of our student-athletes and I am proud of their ability to blend outstanding athletic performance with a high level of academic achievement. High School athletics are a vital part of our campus culture, with more than 125 studentathletes representing Caverna each year.

Our teams compete against top schools throughout the south-central Kentucky and regularly vie for district & regional championships. We take pride in our success as a storied program in the 18th district & 5th region. Thank you for considering a marketing partnership with Caverna High School Athletics. Regulations for corporate sponsored banner to be displayed at Caverna High School athletic events include:

• Corporate sponsor must submit the Caverna High School Athletics Corporate Sponsorship Application to the Athletic Director for recommendation to the building principal, who will send it to the Superintendent. Final approval will come from the Board of Education.

• Signage in the gymnasium will consist of a space approximate (14”x20”) OR through the display of a TV monitor mounted on the wall.

• Banners for outdoor sports will be uniformed in size (approx. 3’x5’), color, and will have the corporate sponsor name and contact information, including optional logo.

• Banners will be made either Caverna High School or a company designated by Caverna High School with the cost being absorbed by the corporate sponsor from the advertising fee.

• The Board reserves the right to terminate the corporate sponsorship, in which case the advertising fee will be returned to the company or organization, prorated on the basis of the number of home contests played, less the cost of the banner.

• Proceeds from corporate sponsorships will go to the athletic department with money being deposited into accounts of specified activities through the board office.

• Sponsorships are valid for one year and are renewable.
