Cinco Ranch High School COUGAR PAW(s) Approval Form Thank you for supporting the Cinco Ranch High School athletics. The booster club membership you purchased includes a maroon painted PAW on the concrete around the sports facilities at CRHS for the calendar year 2016 – 2017. Please complete and return the form below. Once this form has been reviewed and sent back to you with approval, your student(s) will then be able to proceed getting their PAW(s) painted. Complete the design / wording and section of the PAW(s): (See next page for location choices - Section 1, 2, 3 or 4. We do not need to know the exact PAW position, only the section. Return this form to [email protected] & wait for your approval notification. After receiving your approval, you will need to purchase an outdoor acrylic paint – MUST be WHITE and a paint brush (Michaels sells a 2oz bottle for $1.50 by Craft smart). Your student(s) may now proceed to the school to paint their PAW(s). Please be sure your student(s) brings a copy of this signed approval form when they paint their PAW as proof of purchase.
