Nogales City Core Infill Incentive District The City of Nogales wants you to invest in its historic, vibrant, high traffic downtown area! A qualifying individual or company can earn a rebate of water & sewer impact fees of up to $6,000 per NEW job meeting certain wage criteria. Total rebate cannot be more than the Historic City Hall & total sewer and/or water impact fees paid to the City American Flag at US-Mexico Border of Nogales. Wage criteria is based on Santa Cruz County average wages. The rebate schedule is as follows:

The Nogales City Core Infill Incentive District includes the historic portion of the City of Nogales beginning at the United StatesMexico Border surrounding the high traffic Deconcini and Morley International Ports of EnMorley Pedestrian Port of Entry try. The infill district includes Nogales’ main shopping district along Business Loop Interstate 19, Grand Avenue, Arroyo Boulevard, and Morley Avenue. Western Avenue, Hohokam Drive, Crawford Street, and portions of East Patagonia Highway (Arizona 82) are also included in the infill incentive district.

The Dennis Deconcini Port of Entry processes both vehicular and pedestrian crossings in several inspection lanes. The Morley Port of Entry processes pedestrians only in two inspection lanes. Many available parcels and lots are located along this high traffic corridor.
