Interlocal Agreement with C-TRAN, Vancouver Public Schools and Evergreen School District for the pilot Youth Opportunity Pass Program

Action requested: Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute an interlocal agreement between the City of Vancouver, Vancouver Public Schools (VPS), Evergreen School District (Evergreen) and Clark County Public Transportation Benefit Area (C-TRAN) for a Pilot Youth Opportunity Pass Program.
