6. NEW BUSINESS: A. Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution 2016-07 for Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan (ICIP) FY 2018-2022. – Jason Thomas
7. PUBLIC INPUT (Limited to five (5) minutes): A. Comments from the Public B. Comments from Council and/or Department Heads 8. CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION: The City Council may go into Closed Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of the New Mexico Open Meetings Act adopted by City Council. New Mexico State Statute: § 10-15-1(H)
