I further agree that all work performed will be in accordance with approved plans, specifications and conditions and to abide by all ordinances of the CIty and the laws of the State of Minnesota regarding actions taken pursuant to this permit. I agree to pay all plan review fees even if I choose not to proceed with the work. Permit expires when work is not commenced with 180 days from date of permit issued, or if building and work is suspended, abandoned or not inspected for 180 days. SUBMITTALS FOR PERMIT Complete Permit Application Two (2) sets of Plans - If changing the window opening size only. Data Privacy Advisory Form (Form A) "Do it Yourself" Form (if property owner is the General Contractor) (Form C) The approved Plan shall be kept on the job site until the final inspection has been made. The Inspection Record Card shall be posted until the final inspection has been made. Cards should be protected from the weather.
GENERAL BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS All windows and door openings must have flashing installed over the exterior opening. If a bedroom window is to be replaced, it must be replaced with a window of at least the same size and openings as the original window. Window Types
