I. The DBE goal is 35%. Please direct all questions related to DBE compliance prior to submission of proposal via email to [email protected] Subject Line: DBE Compliance or Office of Supplier Diversity, 1340 Poydras Street, Suite 1000, New Orleans La, 70112. II. The estimate for this project is $150,000.00. The required license is Building Construction. All addendums will be issued through the purchasing website: www.purchasing.cityofno.com/bso/login.jsp. III. Bid Submission: Bid Bonds, Corporate Resolution, and the La. Public Bid form and Unit Price must be included with the bid. Online Bidders should attach these documents to their bid. Cut-Off Date for questions is October 15, 2012 at 5:00pm. Post Bid documents are due within three (3) days of the bid opening by the two lowest bidders. Post bid documents should be submitted to Purchasing Department, Rm, 4w07, 1300 Perdido, New Orleans, La. 70112. SUBMISSION OF POST BID INFORMATION on page 00110-3 should be submitted with the exception of the Non-Solicitation Affidavit and the Convicted Felon Affidavit. These two forms are no longer needed. Other information may be requested at a later time. V. In accordance with R.S. 2212.10 the City of New Orleans and its vendor’s must participate in the “EVerify” Program. VI.
