ADDENDUM No. 1 June 22nd, 2015 This addendum shall become a part of the Contract Documents (Cover Sheet, Plans, Notice to Bidders, Special Provisions, Proposal, and Agreement) and modify them as stated below. The Bidder shall acknowledge receipt of the addendum on Sheet P-25 of the Proposal. Bidders should note that the Bid opening date and bid inquiry deadline have been extended as described below. The Contract Documents have been modified as follows: COVER SHEET Cover Sheet: Revise bid opening date to July 16th, 2015 at 2:00 PM (replace Cover Sheet with attached Cover Sheet). NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sheet N - 1: Replace the 1st sentence of the 1st paragraph with: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the City of Placerville, State of California, that sealed bids for work in accordance with the Project Plans (Plans) and Contract Documents designated below will be received at the 3rd floor front counter at City Hall, 3101 Center Street, Placerville, California 95667, until Thursday, July 16th, 2015 at 2:00 PM, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the same address. Sheet N - 1: Replace 3rd paragraph with: NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE: A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held in the 3rd Floor Conference Room located at City Hall, 3101 Center Street, Placerville, California 95667. The conference will be held on Tuesday, June 23rd, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. Sheet N - 2: Replace “Bid inquiries must be received by 4:00 pm on June 26th, 2015.” with “Bid inquiries must be received by 4:00 pm on July 10th, 2015.” in the 5th paragraph of OBTAINING OR INSPECTING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.
