Risk Management Coordinator Managing Claims Executive & VP of Claims & Risk Management Operations Non Exempt
Primary Role: The role of Risk Management Coordinator will work with the Senior Risk Executive to handle software configuration to meet risk needs. The Risk Management Coordinator’s goal is to gain a thorough understanding of internal and external customer needs and use creativity and logic to assist in onboarding each customer to products that will be efficient and effective for them.
Job Functions:
Able to communicate clearly while keeping the customer fully informed of project process Comfortable working with customers in a service environment Comfortable with both web and PC interfaces Ability to work with other sales professionals within the organization to develop risk management tools. Ability to take initiative using software and learning new applications Ability to find solutions using program manuals and ability to be collaborative with team members. Onboarding customer set-up by phone or in person as needed. Customer support and training Collection of relevant data for reports Recognize need for additional resources and facilitate internal communications

Experience and Education
High school graduate, undergraduate degree preferred
