The 2010 Census shows that since 2000, the number of housing units in Clarendon MSA has grown by almost 300 percent. In addition, the number of residents age 25-34 living in the Clarendon MSA increased by 368 percent.

The Clarendon Metro Station Area (MSA) is the middle station in the Rosslyn-Ballston Corridor between the Court House and Virginia Square stations. It is comprised of a mix of single-family detached homes, multi-family apartments and condos, and office buildings . The Clarendon MSA is known for its eclectic dining scene and nightlife.
