Clark St Parking Option #1 • 1st option o Take existing 25 parking spaces from Pine St. to Dill St. and convert them to 22 metered parking spaces. o Eliminating three of the parking spaces is necessary to ensure all parking spaces comply with N.Y.S. V&T Laws. o This would include metering the parking spaces in front of St. Mary’s Church.

Clark Street • A total of 12 meters would be installed on the North Side of Clark St.

o 7 (10 hours) meters starting from the on ramp from Arterial East to Clark St. ending at the parking lot entrance of St. Mary’s Church(west side). These could also be 2 hour meters if the long term meters are not desired. o 5 (2 hours) meters starting at the driveway entrance (west side) to St. Mary’s Church ending at the second driveway (east side) to St. Mary’s Church. Two (2) of these meters would be handicap parking.

Clark Street  A total of 10 meters would be installed on the south side of Clark St. o 2 (15 Minute) meters in front of 28 Clark St., Frosted Nickel. o 3 (2 Hours)meters from Frosted Nickel’s parking lot to S. Green St. o 4 (2 Hours) meters from S. Green St. to driveway of Boyle Center Apartments, 149 Genesee St. o 1 (2 Hours) meter from driveway of Boyle Center Apartments to Dill St.

Clark St Parking Option #2 • 2nd Option o Would be the same as option #1, but the (5) metered parking spaces directly in front of St. Mary’s Church would be eliminated and would be designated as (1) hr. free parking. o These parking spaces would be further designated as (2) Handicap and (3) regular parking spaces.
