Beginner Quilting Class Group classes can sometimes be intimidating or overwhelming for a new quilter. We understand that dilemma and would like to offer an alternative. 8 hours of one-on-one quilting instruction with a teacher. You will have your choice of 8 different projects and a class schedule that fits your life schedule. $199 for 1 student, $150 each - for 2, includes a free book, Start Quilting with Alex Anderson (a $19.99 value)

Spring 2014 Class Schedule
Bouquet of Roses Table Topper
Choose your favourite colour to create these lovely roses. Then learn the basics of paper piecing (or foundation piecing) as you make hexagon blocks. Set with triangles makes for easy assembly of the finished table topper.

This extra-large tote has a pocket on the inside that is designed to hold your 18" x 24" cutting mat. It is the perfect bag to take to class or a retreat. Using soft and stable, a great batting alternative, you can create a bag that is "soft" and "stable". Your bag will protect your mat and rulers and carry all (or most of) your quilting tools.

Quick to piece and a great opportunity to try machine appliqué, this Simply Lovely runner brightens up any table with your choice of colour. The scrappy background is comprise of three different neutral print fat quarters, and the circles use templates from assorted-size glasses and bowls. Whip one up in no time flat.
