Class Name: Tree of Life Table Runner Class Instructor: Jane Sparrell Note: We will be making one of the tree of life squares in class, so you will be able to complete the rest of your runner at home. We’ll also discuss binding (including mitering 45 degree angle.

(*You can make your tree of life scrappy and use fabrics from your stash for leaves, etc. However, it may take a little longer to cut your strips, but it is a great way to use up some of your stash fabric)

You will also need:  

Tree of Life Pattern from Rick Rack and Polka Dots General sewing supplies (scissors, pins, thread, sharp small clipping scissors, etc.)

Optional but helpful supplies:    

Small Iron (Large iron will also be available in classroom) Small pressing mat – so you can press as you sew your HST’s 2 ½” Creative Grids ruler – to check accuracy of blocks as you sew Portable design wall – You can also make one from 12” x 16” piece of foam core covered with flannel or batting

Cancellation Policy: We must commit to our teachers and to other students one week before the class begins so we can’t give refunds or transfers after that time (unless we can fill your spot from the waiting list). You are welcome to send someone in your place if you are unable to come. If enrollment has not met the minimum required for the class, we will cancel it one week before the first session.
