In this class we will learn how to use the mini quick curve ruler and make a fun tree runner Supplies: 75 cm EACH of one dark and one light fabric – these should be non-directional, small print or toneon-tone (I choose grey and off-white) 1 Fat Quarter of a feature fabric (I chose red) non-directional and small print or tone-on-tone Cotton thread to blend – wind up a bobbin Later you will need: Backing for 20” x 45” Fusible batting 40 cm binding Notions and tools: Sewing machine with zipper foot and ¼” foot, pedal and cords Frixion pen or marking pencil to show on both fabrics Rotary cutter no larger than 45mm (I really like one that is smaller 28mm for example) 18” x 24” cutting mat Quick trim 3 ½” x 12 ½” ruler is useful Mini Quick Curve Ruler by Sew Kind of Wonderful 6” x 24” or similar ruler 5” or larger square ruler Coloured reusable arrow stickers are very useful Seam ripper Flower head pins
