Higly contrasting embroidery thread for animal face embroidery, different colors for each animal. Color matching embroidery thread for Minkie and feet embroidery Sewing thread for piecing Fabric
1 3/4 yd of background 6 or 7 different 1/4 yards of Minkey or desired fabric for animals. Remember the duck has TWO colors. I will provide the fuzzy white for rabbit ears and white for frog eyes. 6 fat quarters or 6 quarter yards of darker pinwheel fabric You will have enough Minkie and pinwheel fabric for two blankets. Trust me, if you make one you will make two. Cutting Cut the six Minkey fabrics you are going to use for animal faces into 6 x 6 squares. You don't need 8" squares because we baste the sqares in the hoop. Cut 6 background squares at 9 x 9". We don't need 10x10 squares as we don't hoop the fabric, we baste. Cut six (6) 10x5" strips of background fabric for pinwheels Cut 10 x 5" strips from each of the six pinwheel fabrics
