Classroom Etiquette 1. Please come prepared and arrive on time for your class 2. Please turn your cell phones to silent or vibrate and if you must answer or make a call during class, please step outside. 3. Please keep all side conversations and chit chat to a minimum.
4. If you have a question in regards to the class, please ask the instructor and not your neighbor as your neighbor may not have the correct answer. 5. All beverages must be in a container with a lid
Learn Your Machine…Holly’s Wall Hanging Supply List Sewing or Sewing/Embroidery machine in good working condition All sewing and embroidery accessories that came with your machine 1 pkg. Jenny’s Quilt Magic (fusible batting) 2 yrds. Light colored solid cotton fabric or Muslin 1 yrd. Dark colored solid cotton fabric ½ yrd. Medium colored solid cotton fabric ¼ yrd. Accent cotton fabric solid or print 4 -5 Embroidery threads coordinating with fabric color 1-2 Metallic threads (optional) 1 Open toe applique foot 1 Pin tuck foot (3 groove w/ raised seam works best) 5,7,or 9 will work though
1 Piping foot 1 Gathering foot 1 Twin needle 2.0 or 2.5 2 yrds. Heat-n-Bond fusible interfacing 1/3 yrd Pattern Ease 1 Blue water soluble pen 1 roll Wonder tape 1 ruler (at least 12” long) 1 rotary cutter and a pair of scissors or snips
