RESOLUTION 18-^ HUMAN RESOURCES APPOINTMENT OF WELLNESS COMMITTEE MEMBERS
WHEREAS, the Bonner County Board of Commissioners implemented a Wellness Committee via Resolution 11-91 dated September 27, 2011; and
WHEREAS, this program requires the appointment of members for the establishment of program promotion of events and wellness education; and
WHEREAS, each Elected Official and Department Head shall have the opportunity to appoint a representative from his/her department to serve on the Wellness Committee for a two-year term with the option of reappointment; and
WHEREAS, Cindy Binkerd, HR Risk Director has resigned from Chair, Wellness Committee WHEREAS, Sandi Nicholson wishes to be appointed Chair, Wellness Committee
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Bonner County Board of Commissioners appoint SandiNicholson to serve on the Wellness Committee effective this 20"* Day of February, 2018.
Adopted as a Resolution of the Board of Commissioners of Bonner County upon a
majority vote on the 20"^ day February, 2018.

Bonner County formed the Wellness Committee by passage of Resolution #11-91, September 27, 2011. Bonner County recognizes that our employees are our greatest asset and created the committee to develop and promote wellness initiatives for our employees. Cindy Binkerd, Wellness Committee Chair, has resigned from her position as chair. We are requesting approval of Sandi Nicholson, Human Resources Generalist to service in the capacity of the Wellness Committee Chair.

A suggested motion would be: I move that the County approve Resolution ( ) /S'3S> accepting the resignation of Cindy Binkerd, as chair of the Wellness Committee to the appointment of Sandi Nicholson, Human Resources Generalist, as the Chair, Wellness Committee.
