SAINTS PETER & PAUL CHEERLEADING SIGN-UP (BASKETBALL SEASON PLUS) WE GO UNTIL END OF SCHOOL YEAR WITH PRACTICE & PERFORMANCES
WHO: 5th– 8th Grade (2017/2018 School Year) NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY! SIGN-UP ONLINE: Monday October 9th thru October 27th QUESTIONS: E-mail Holly Krug at [email protected] or call 630.660.6033cell Cheer & Stunt Coaches: Jackie Lenert & Jimi Jo Johnson Head Parent/Coordinator: Holly Krug WE ARE SO EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE THE RETURN OF JACKIE & JIMI JO! Jackie & Jimi Jo are former students of SSPP and are currently the competitive coaches at Eola’s Park District Program. They compete in IRCA Competitions and recently placed 1st in competition. They started helping us build our cheer program up last year and have done an amazing job! We have one teams for “SIDELINE CHEERING” during the Basketball Season… 5th thru 8th Cheer Together. New This Year… One dedicated “Stunt/Performance Teams” (5th – 8th) that will perform the halftime show and will be the team that performs at any special events (They are also part of the sideline cheer). Anyone can be a part of the Stunt/Performance Team… However, the only requirement is that this is your 1st commitment. You can by all means have other commitments… However, if there is a conflict this needs to be your choice! We have made this change for safety and for those that are dedicated to making this their sport. This insures the safety of the positions. Each stunt group takes a minimum of 5 people to go up… Each position has specific skills and requirements that need to be worked on and not moved around each week due to conflicts. We understand sickness and will work around that however, if your child signs up for the Stunt/Performance Group this is their 1st commitment of extracurricular activities! ✓ ✓ ✓ ✓ ✓ ✓ ✓
We continue to practice and perform for multiple events after basketball season is over! We will offer Cheerleading to everyone who wishes to be part of the team! We ask that you are at practice unless sick (Friday’s… 2:45 to 4:30)! We ask that you are at games 30min before and that you arrive on-time! We will have service opportunities to do as a TEAM! We communicate with you through TeamSnap and expect cooperation on communicating with us! We provide the uniform (skirt & top). However, additional items will need to be purchased (Cheer Shoes, Cheer Socks, Bow, Cheer Shorts and Pullover). We will provide info at a later date.
THE COST FOR THIS PROGRAM IS $50.00! YOU NEED TO SIGN UP ONLINE. FILL OUT EMERGENCY FORM, WAIVER AND HEALTH FORM (TURN INTO ME AT FIRST PRACTICE…. IF YOU HAVE DONE THIS FOR FOOTBALL, YOU ARE ALL SET).
