CLIENT REFERRAL PROGRAM
CLIENT REFERRAL PROGRAM Leverage your existing J.Hilburn Clients. Refer a Friend and receive a $25 J.Hilburn Credit *will receive the $25 credit once the referred client makes a qualifying purchase of $125+. Credit must be used within 90 days of receipt.
CLIENT REFERRAL PROGRAM Add new J.Hilburn Clients. Referred client receives a $25 discount code when spending $125 or more in his first purchase *within 30 days of receiving the referral e-mail.
HOW TO USE THE CLIENT REFERRAL PROGRAM IN AN APPOINTMENT

When you share this experience with friends, we’ll “thank you” with a $25 credit to your account once your friend makes a first purchase of $125 or more. The great part is that your friend will receive $25 off of his first purchase, just because you referred him!”

ENTERING A REFERRAL IN THE GREEN ROOM
CLIENT REFERRAL PROGRAM Two Steps to Successfully Entering a Referral
1. Enter Referral in the Green Room 2. Create the New Client Profile using the same e-mail address as entered in Step #1
To add a new referral, click the “Add New” box on the existing client’s account page
Be sure to add the referred client’s Name and E-mail Address
You can add multiple referrals at one time. Click the “Add More” button before saving.
When you have finished adding all of the referred clients information, click “Send”.
Once the information for the referred client has been saved, his name will appear in the Client Referrals box. This will confirm that he has been added correctly.
POSSIBLE ERROR MESSAGES
If you enter an invalid e-mail address • Missing “@” • Missing “.com” • Including spaces
If you enter an e-mail address that is already assigned to a client profile.

• E-mail comes from “You”

• Schedule Appointment tab initiates an e-mail to you

KEY POINTS •
Referral Credit is valid up to 90 days of receipt

The new client’s qualifying purchase must be a subtotal of $125

One discount code per referred client

The referral credit can be stacked and used in a single purchase (as long as the credit is valid)
•
The credit or discount cannot be used toward the purchase of gift cards
