COFFEE ROASTERY REQUIREMENT We are seeking character warehouse style space for a coffee roastery on behalf of an established coffee brand Location:

Cool / trendy areas but mainly focusing on North / East London from Camden/Kentish Town to east to Clapton and Hackney Wick.

Size:

5,000-12,000 sq ft. looking primarily for one or two storey buildings, for mainly ground floor usage with good access to extraction for the coffee roaster.

Type:

Old industrial units with character, warehouse style space. Happy to consider anything unique and quirky. Street Presence would be a bonus.

Access:

Large vehicle access is preferred up to 17t vehicles; on site vehicle parking would be good. Wide roller shutter doors for pallet access preferred.

Usage:

Primary use is B2, ideally with ancillary A1.

Budget:

Market Rent for the right unit.

Timing:

ASAP but could wait for the right unit.
