5,000-12,000 sq ft. looking primarily for one or two storey buildings, for mainly ground floor usage with good access to extraction for the coffee roaster.
Type:
Old industrial units with character, warehouse style space. Happy to consider anything unique and quirky. Street Presence would be a bonus.
Access:
Large vehicle access is preferred up to 17t vehicles; on site vehicle parking would be good. Wide roller shutter doors for pallet access preferred.
Usage:
Primary use is B2, ideally with ancillary A1.
