Nicole holds a position at CBIA (Connecticut Business and Industry Association) located in Hartford while also pursuing an undergraduate degree part-time at the University of Connecticut. Schleidt is a graduate of Fordham University and is currently a business developer at Lantern Energy located in Norwich. No date has been set for the wedding.
