University of North Florida Camp/Clinic Student-Athlete Employment Form NCAA Bylaw 13.12.2.1.5 -- A member institution (or employees of its athletics department) may employ its student-athletes as counselors in camps or clinics, subject to the following conditions: (a) The student-athlete shall not participate in organized practice activities other than during the institution’s playing season in the sport; and (b) The member institution must give prior approval to the student-athlete’s employment arrangement.
