CLINTON BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB FACILITIES DIRECTOR – JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications: Successfully pass a screening, including a background check Good planning and organization skills Should be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing with a wide range of people Experience using a variety of computer software and learning new programs. Experience in construction and/or property management a plus. Essential Duties & Performance Responsibilities:
To be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Club’s Sports Complex. To arrange for the use of external facilities such as baseball, football and soccer fields, gymnasiums, etc., for the Club, including necessary permits and Contracts. Shall work closely with the Athletic Director.
Other Functions Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
Terms of Employment: One year and may be reappointed. Note: Members of the Board of Directors shall attend a minimum of six (6) Board of Directors meetings and one (1) General Membership meeting during his/her term.
