Meeting Notes: League Uniforms will be ready this weekend. Dacia will be picking them up Boys U15 Joe Carosella is assistant coach. They still need a team manager Parent meeting scheduled, discuss: “Madura coaching philosophy”, medical release, code of conduct, practice schedule. Coaches & Managers will need to be responsible for collecting these signed forms. Jim went over the required coaching documents CONNY will not set up officiating for U11 or U9. Boys need to find someone to coordinate refs. Chris McCray will coordinate for girls side Tournaments: U11, U13 girls Cheshire. U 11, U13 girls CONNY. U15 girls Branford. U 11, U13, U15 boys Cheshire & CONNY. U9 boys to select two tournaments Concessions; April 23rd. We will sell candy, chips soda, water, Gatorade. Brooke Mazzarella will help create a schedule for parent involvement No practice/games 5/19-5/22 due to Clinton soccer tournament Pictures are scheduled for 5/13. Jim will check with Mike at B.E.A.R to see if he can possibly change to 5/20 Coaches Reminder to get game/practice info out to players/parents via email asap Jim will distribute the P&R field usage rules Reminder we can only have 8 home games max Practices officially start Monday 3/28 Game time is posted on website, we need to make sure we arrive 30 minutes prior for warm ups Signage Please return any signs that you have to the next meeting Next meeting: TBD
