Wednesday, November 1 St. Clairsville Recreation Center 102 Fair Ave., St. Clairsville, OH 43950 6:00 –7:30
12’s (5th and 6th grade)
Sunday, November 12 Ohio University Eastern 7:00--9:00
15-18’s (9th, 10th, 11th and 12 Grades)
These sessions are for St. Clairsville teams only. Pre-registration: Purchase a $10 Tryout membership card from Ohio Valley Region Volleyball (ovr.org).* Mail a completed Registration Form, OVR tryout membership card and $10 to 67120 Graham Road, St. Clairsville, OH 43950 2 completed copies of the OVR Medical History and Release Form must to turned in the day of tryouts. These forms require a parent signature. Registration on the day of: Please allow 30 mins. to complete registration. Have a copy of the OVR tryout membership card* and a completed Club Gold Registration Form that can be found on our website: clubgoldsouthvolleyball.info 2 copies of a completed OVR Medical History and Release Form. Parent signature required. $15 cash or check made payable to Club Gold Volleyball. No credit card payments will be accepted at tryouts. *Club Gold is a member of the Ohio Valley Region Volleyball which is sanctioned by the United States Volleyball Association. We must follow all rules and regulations set by these organizations. This tryout membership covers the insurance necessary for players to participate in tryouts. If you are selected for a team the $10 fee will be credited to your account when you purchase the full membership. * A note to all players who participated in last year: Your membership card is still in effect for the Oct. 29 tryout date ONLY.
