Software books, patterns and fabric are nonrefundable or returnable.
Machine repairs are warranted for 30 days after repair.
Returned check fee is $35

CLASS POLICIES
Class dates and times are subject to change based on weather conditions and staffing.
Please call 970-672-2147 to sign up and verify the correct times.
Payment is required at the time of class registration.
Class supplies should be purchased at The Sewing Circle whenever possible. We appreciate your patronage. Your purchases help us stay in business.
Students purchases for the class and other purchases the day of class are 10% OFF
Class materials must be purchased in advance of class. If fabric must be washed, ironed, or cut prior to class, no class time will be available to prepare fabric.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance will be credited to an upcoming class. If the cancellation is the day of the class or the student does not attend class, no refund or credit will be given.
Come early to get the machine set up and supplies ready for class.
Class minimum = 1 student.
Store has the right to cancel due to weather or health of instructor.
Your instructor will provide you the best experience possible. Please refrain from bringing children or visitors to class so that your teacher can provide the best for all attending.
We have a limited number of machines in the classroom for classes you may be taking. If you are expecting to use one of the classroom machines, please let us know in advance.
Please bring your own specialty needles, feet, bobbins, rotary cutter, rulers, scissors, thread and other accessories.
If you will be attending a computer class and need to borrow the store laptop, please let us know in advance so that we can plan and have it ready for you.
