Peer Coaching is included - One of the most important components of any coach training program is peer coaching – to coach and to be coached. This is where you put your theory into practice, fine tune your technique and increase your confidence. Peer coaching and Coach Practicum are included in our program. - Get access to our International Coaches Portal to coach and to be coached by international coaches/clients across 90 countries. You will be able to fulfil your coaching hours for attain further coaching accreditation via this portal. 3. The support of Dual communities – ICA & CCE i) CCE Community of Coaches - When you joined a program with CCE, you become a member of our close knit community of coaches. In 2000 I was running an educational consultancy and training firm, we went in to large companies and basically helped them sort out the ‘people side’ of their business. I would regularly conduct 6 – 8 week training programs for 20 + employees. After each program I would conduct an evaluation to see the results. Interestingly enough not much had changed. “So I introduced what I called “Authentic Learning” at that time, which was in fact coaching… I assigned each participant a “trainer” to meet with them for an hour a week and support them to achieve whatever goals they had coming in to the training. 3 months later I evaluated again – and found amazing results. We also realised that it is not a good idea for a person to experience career transitions alone. The mutual support given by fellow coursemates over a longer duration actually bring positive results to the well-being of a learner. With the amazing feedback from both our Career Strategists and learners of our R.A.C.E. Program, it is evident that learning can be optimal under the periodic guidance of a personal Career Strategist and a supportive, caring community. We now have plans to recruit more Career Coaches to join our ranks and let them be part of the ecosystem in the employability space.

About CCE HOW WE BEGAN We started with as training providers offering to upskill a person’s skillset. Over the years, we found that a person seeking career excellence needed more than skills or courses. There are people who would attend multiple courses but were unable to gain employment. And there are those who are quick at getting job offers but are not able to hold on long to a job. As trainers, we are not able to get to the root of their issues in traditional class room format. About this time, we piloted coaching sessions with some of our learners to specifically work on career-related issues. It was at best a 50-50 success, so we fine-tuned the gaps. We discovered that for deep, sustainable change and growth to happen, a learner must acquire requires a mindset change. More coaching sessions were implemented and soon we began to hear personal breakthroughs by Session 5.
