Q&A I watched last week’s webinar reply, you made a lot of great points, I'll implement that, but may I ask another urgent question?
I tried this before, hired 2-3 VAs, but their work didn’t generate any real results, after a few months, I had to let them go. It might because they were not the superstars or the business system was not good enough.
I think I can try to find better VAs, but if I need to generate some urgent cash to pay off credit card debt, I need to work on a system that can generate fast result first. I plan to do lead gen as my long term business model, since it may take a while to build and rank sites, get clients, etc.
I understand you said you manage 4 businesses, so I would love to get your advice based on your experience. Among Lead Gen, eCommerce/Amazon, and others, which business model do you think has the shortest path to profit?
Sorry if this is not an entrepreneur question, but can you please point me to the right direction, so I can move fast forward at first?
