Codorus State Park presents:
Wildlife Watchers on the Water “Great Blue” Pontoon Boat Program Saturdays 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM Sundays 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM (Memorial Day to Labor Day)
Enjoy a 1 ½ hour guided pontoon boat cruise. Leisurely explore the coves of Lake Marburg to quietly observe wildlife along the water’s edges. Turtles, eagles, osprey, waterfowl and wading birds abound. Shorebird and fall migrating birds are showcased at this Audubon designated IBA (Important Birding Area). Experienced guides and boat captains are DCNR conservation volunteers. Binoculars are provided. Pre-registration is required. Program cost is $15 per person and must be prepaid at the park office.
