Once your client has selected a plan to offer, you can set it up in your EaseCentral Account. Employees will see the Colonial Life plans during their benefits enrollment and can enroll with a few clicks.
Instant Enrollment Plan eligibility and enrollment occur directly in Colonial Life’s system as the employee enrolls. Employees can access their approval results and costs immediately.
Access Plan Information & Costs Information on each plan can be accessed in EaseCentral directly from Colonial Life during enrollment. No need to circulate documents or upload files. Employee contributions are also populated automatically in EaseCentral and are included in an employee’s total benefits cost calculation.
EDI Integration Employee enrollment occurs directly in Colonial Life’s system via your EaseCentral login, saving time and paperwork for you.

Add a Colonial Life plan in EaseCentral for individuals and groups just like an EaseCentral Medical plan.
