Color Me Pink 5K Fun Run

has THREE major fundraisers each year: The Walk of Hope, our Par 3 Golf Scramble, and the Color Me Pink 5K Fun Run. We are a LOCAL organization helping LOCAL people facing cancer in Grant County. We are 100% dependent on the generosity of our community, as we are funded solely through grants, donations, and these fundraisers. All donations made to Cancer Services of Grant County stay local and help to provide the many services we offer.

The

is our largest fundraiser.

In 2015, 3,500 people participated in this community event that’s held. They walked as individuals or as part of a team. They showed up to show support, or they “walked” from home as a virtual walker. This fundraiser is kicked off each January and is held the first Friday of May every year.

Our

is held in mid

August each year. It is well attended and always a fun night. The entire course is Par 3. There are competitions, raffle prizes, food, and lots of fun!

The

is held on the first Saturday of October. In its first year, the Run drew 300 runners who came to show their support for Cancer Services. This event raises funds specifically for our BESS (Breast Education Screening & Survival) Program, which provides free mammograms to 500 women each year and supports women with breast cancer.


