The multi color A quilt is the top image on page 8. It is constructed with 2 color variation blocks arranged as a nine patch. For the nine Patch you will make 5 A-1 blocks and 4 A-2 blocks contructed like a checkerboar. For the larger sizes (charts on next page) continue with the checkerboard look or try mixing and matching your quads for more A color variations.

For the Double/ Queen you will make 15 A-1 blocks and 15 A-2 blocks contructed like a checkerboard. For the King you will make 18 A-1 blocks and 18 A-2 blocks contructed like a checkerboard. Continue with the checkerboard look or try mixing and matching your quads for more A color variations.

Yardage is based on 40" wide directional fabric. Fewer strips are needed for wider or non‑directional fabric.
