1.0 Detailed Definition of Alternatives 1.1

Introduction

This chapter provides supplemental information on the four alternatives, including both physical and operational characteristics (e.g. service plans) as well as additional route network and facility maps. The chapter also provides a comparative matrix of the four alternatives. The chapter contains the following information:      

Maps of route network and station stops for each alternative; Number of trips by end terminal for each alternative; Summary table of the station stops for all alternatives; Two comparative matrixes of the physical and operational characteristics of the four alternatives; Additional alignment and physical characteristics of the Streetcar Build Alternative; and Conceptual site plan for the streetcar’s Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Facility in Pentagon City.
