November 2016 Dear Parents and Carers,
School Christmas Concerts Tickets will be on sale the week commencing Monday 28th November, until Friday 2nd December at a cost of £2. The proceeds from the concert tickets goes towards costumes, stage lighting, props and other materials, also one of the plays requires a licence fee to be paid. Please remember to bring your ticket with you for entry. Performances for each group will commence as follows:
Year 1: Wednesday 7th December at 10.30am and 2.15pm The tickets will be on sale in the school hall from 8.30am to 9am and 3pm to 3.30pm on Wednesday 30th November and Friday 2nd December. Can you please ensure that the tickets are given out fairly in your family.
There are 2 tickets per family. Due to fire regulations younger children will require a ticket. All children will require a separate seat. Due to space pushchairs will not be permitted into the school hall. Please try to have the correct money to pay for the tickets. An opportunity for spare tickets will be available on Tuesday 6th December. Please be prompt for the performance as it will be difficult to seat you after 10.30am or 2.15pm.
