TAV Integration Experience and Results

Airport Integration @ IST „ „

„

TAV ABS’s first version (TAMS) went live in the first quarter of 2001 The components (using today’s names) introduced first were IX, AODB, AFMS, SFMS with CMS, TMS and RMS being released in the 2 years following the release of TAMS This major undertaking had the following goals: ‹ Reduce IT spending ‹ Capture detailed usage statistics to accurately bill revenue ‹ Create a proactive rather than responsive support team ‹ Improve Quality of Service (QoS) ‹ Improve Resource Usage efficiency

Airport Integration @ IST „ „ „ „ „ „

„

significantly reduced costs for TAV and increased revenues a vision to take TAMS to the next level TAV Airport Business Suite (ABS) not just an upgrade But complete rebuild The business knowledge used to build TAV ABS is the most up to date, understanding the needs of today’s high paced and demanding passengers and airlines cutting-edge and state-of-the-art technology
