Join us for a new teaching series starting next week on the unity of God called, The Divine Dance
The truth of the trinity is a great mystery; however it is a vital truth of the Bible. It is a truth that is closely connected to significant other key truths like the deity of Christ and the personal work of the Holy Spirit. In fact, our salvation is secure in the Godhead who coexists as three distinct Persons, all of whom are involved in our salvation. This truth touches much of our faith and practice as Christians—our sanctification, our fellowship, our prayer life, our Bible study and our corporate worship. This is a precious truth for us to rest in and is evident in Paul’s closing blessing in 2 Corinthians 13:14, “The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, be with you all.” Come join us in our study of His precious Word and in our walk with God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
First Quarter Giving
You can view your first quarter (Jan, Feb, Mar) giving summary year-tothe previous week on Church Community Builder under the “FINANCIAL” tab. You can see your giving summary as an individual or as a family. You can generate a “Giving Statement” and/or a “Pledge Statement” or combine both in the same statement. The Pledge Statement shows what has been given to our “Build a Legacy” campaign. We want to make sure our record keeping is correct. Please examine it to be sure it is accurate. Let us know if anything needs to be updated. Thank you for giving! One of the disciplines which disciples of Jesus practice is giving. Your generosity to put God’s tithes and offerings first shows how important He is in your life. Zig Ziglar said that money is not the most important thing in life, but its right up there with oxygen! Money is not the most important thing to our church, but without it, fewer missionaries are sent, fewer people hear about Jesus, and fewer ministries are done. Just this past Sunday, our children learned about God keeping His promises to protect Paul, Acts 27. Your tithes and offerings provided our volunteers good Sunday School material so they can creatively teach God’s word to our kids. Thanks for giving! We are literally on a mission for God! What could we be more passionate about than to see more people go to heaven? We BELIEVE Jesus is the only way to heaven. We BELIEVE we are called to live out Jesus 24/7. We BELIEVE the Bible is totally true. We BELIEVE the gospel is a lifestyle, not just a story. We BELIEVE God is in the life-changing business! Jesus said, “It is more blessed to give than to receive.” Acts 20:35
